Admissions Process for M.Arch (Master of Architecture)


At Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture, Akurdi, Pune, The Master of Architecture (M. Arch) program is offered with a specialization in Construction Management. The program is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is designed to foster advanced knowledge and skills in Construction Management, preparing students to excel in specialized fields and contribute
meaningfully to the profession.


Eligibility Criteria for M. Arch ( Intake: 20)

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent degree recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates as per government norms).
  • A valid score in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the State Government or any equivalent recognized entrance examination is required. Admission Procedure.

 

1. Online Registration:

  • Visit the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE),
    Maharashtra, and register for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

  • Upload the necessary documents and select Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture,
    Akurdi, Pune, as your preferred institution.

 

2. Document Verification:

  • Submit the required documents for verification as per the CAP guidelines.

 

3. Merit List and Seat Allotment:

  • Based on the CET score and merit, candidates will be allotted seats through the

 

CAP rounds.

4. Confirmation of Admission:

After seat allotment, visit the college for the confirmation of admission by paying
the prescribed fees and submitting the original documents.

  1. M. Arch CET
  2. Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Bachelor of Architecture degree course or equivalent courses recognized by the apex body. 
  3. 45% for reserved category candidates from Maharashtra state only.

Premium for students Insurance is paid by the college throughout the years, under

"Amartya Shiksha Yojana" and "Students Accident Insurance Policy".
